For the larger properties, the services available can surpass those of the most luxurious hotel, with live-in maids and chefs, chauffeurs and on-call spa services. In Phuket, you can spend as little or as much as you want.
Long-term rentals have become increasingly popular as people love the freedom and flexibility of having their own place in Phuket without the commitment of ownership. Typically, from far-off locations, our clients are often retired people and, from nearby locations such as Singapore or Bangkok, they are working families looking for a weekend getaway. Doing a long-term rental is also a great way to sample what it would be like to own a property in Phuket and to really understand the property market before making any decision to purchase.
High season in Phuket is from November to March, with the peak season being over Christmas and New Year. Outside of these months, properties are often considerably discounted to ensure occupancy.
