Villa rental rates in Phuket vary enormously. Of course, the size and location of the villa are key factors, but other elements are increasingly having an influence. For long-term rentals, clients often look at the distance from the villa to one of Phuket’s international schools, the hospital or their favourite golf course. With the growth of specialist, alternative health centres, villas located nearby therefore also have a higher rental rate.
In addition, there is of course a peak, high and low season. Over Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year, you should expect the rates to be at their highest.
